LEADERS VISION Program

ASSESS TALENT:

We help you identify your natural strengths, resources, and preferred work styles. Recognizing your unique areas of talent and “flow skills” can help you can become more strategic in the use of your resources and time. We gather feedback to understand your strengths and learning edges. Assessment tools can include; 360 Feedback, Values, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and, Strengthsfinder.

FEEDBACK TOOLS: 360 FEEDBACK- SHIFT+360 OR Leadership Circle Profile

The Shift+360™ method is a new and unique way of gathering and giving feedback that's grounded in positive psychology and focuses on engaging the leader's "people system" throughout the change process.

I conduct strengths based interviews with up to 10 colleagues, bosses, clients, direct reports to find out what is best of you. I ask solution focused questions to identify specific desired behaviors. We seek to understand how to create an environment that is conducive to your success and get other engaged in noticing what you do well and becoming allies. Leadership Circle Profile connects a well researched battery of competencies with the underlying motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns and habits and and internal assumptions that drive that behavior. LCP assessment that provides a visual snapshot of creative and reactive tendencies and intergrates this information so that key opporunties for development are easy to surface and understand.

On line assessment, confidential and can include an unlimited number of evaluators.

CREATE A VISION:

Together we create a desired vision for your purpose. If you were living to your real leadership potential/aspirational vision, what does that look like? Based on your current realty, what needs to grow or change? We focus on 3-4 goals that are behavior focused. Things that you can “do more” of to attain your desired best self vision.

DEVELOP A PLAN:

We’ll help you build a strategic plan for attaining your vision. This may include partnering, branding, changing your use of talent, restructuring your day, thinking bigger or changing your beliefs.

TAKE ACTION THROUGH GOAL SETTING:

Together we create specific and strategic goals that support your vision, identifying specific and time oriented action steps, and examining both internal and external obstacles. Clients are encouraged to use both practical and creative techniques for realizing your purpose.

ONGOING SUPPORT, STRATEGY and DOSES OF COURAGE:

Having a place to check in for accountability, to strategize, or to get unstuck is reassuring. You know that you have a place to process, get support, and help to you move forward faster and more intentionally Plus, we build in the secret sauce of courage.

EVALUATION OF SUCCESS:

Through a follow up survey, participants evaluate the leader’s growth in identified areas and how they have participated to that growth.
