Frequently Asked Questions
How does the coaching process work?
Once we agree to work together, I request that you take the Strengthsfinder 2.0 prior to our first session as well as complete an intake packet to help me understand your needs and help you clarify your goals. During our initial meeting, we will set goals for our coaching engagement.
How often do you typically meet?
Business owners
My clients and I typically meet at least once a month and commit to a six-month to one-year engagement.
Career changers
My clients and I typically need at least five sessions. We can tailor a plan to meet your specific needs and budget. I help individuals assess where they need the most help and provide homework in between sessions. How quickly you wish to move through the process is largely up to you. We meet more often at the start of the program and less often once you have concrete marketing materials and a plan.
Where do we meet?
My office is located at 5821 Cedar Lake Road, St. Louis Park, Minnesota 55416. We are located in the Sunset Ridge Business Park, approximately 2 blocks down from the Lifetime Fitness Club.
What is the financial investment?
$125/ per Session. Each session is one hour. Cancellation Policy: Imagine requires 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments.
