In 2002, I took a leap of faith to start Imagine Coaching, working primarily with career changers and business owners to help them realize their real potential. Using my expertise in helping clients do what they love, I help identify strengths, clarify dreams, recognize new perspectives and move into committed, actionable goals. My wealth of experience in business development arena is valuable in understanding the challenges and strategies in helping clients take their business or career to the next level.
With over 20 years experience in counseling, coaching, facilitating groups and business development, I have been fortunate to work with organizations such as Wells Fargo, 3M Corporation, National Association of Women Business Owners, Organizational Innovations, as well as thousands of individual career changers and business owners.
Prior to making my transition to Career Coaching in 1997, I spent nearly 10 years working in business development/managing for several local publications.
Today, my goal is to offer a warm, objective place get into the nitty-gritty of your dream and plans. I offer clients a structure, process, inspiration and support to take the little leaps of faith to make your dreams happen.
I am involved in several organizations; I served as a board member for Association of Career Professionals and have been actively involved in National Association of Women Business Owners where I helped co- create a Mastermind Workbook and process to facilitate monthly coaching circles for business owners. I am also a member of MCDA (Minnesota Career Development Association).
In addition, as an adjunct professor, I teach Career Planning at the University of Minnesota and Inver Hills Community College.
